Hotel Oude Abdij, Lo-Reninge

The hotel is located in a lovely village, perfectly situated for a tour of Flanders. The rooms are very spacious with en suites, televisions, and plenty of storage space but can be hot, and leaving the window open attracts mosquitoes. The service is top-notch, especially in catering to guest requirements and requests. The location is away from the hustle and bustle of a main town, making it ideal for supervising kids. Dining could be better with more food options. A few facilities could use improvement, like beverage making facilities in the rooms.

My stay at the hotel was truly memorable. The rooms were clean and well furnished, but be cautious as the radiators can make the room too hot. The staff were exceptional, making our stay legendary. The dining experience was beyond compare, offering local foods and homemade breads. However, some areas of improvement were noted.

The hotel has a great location away from the hustle and bustle, perfect for overseeing kids. The rooms were uncomfortable with issues like erratic temperatures, unclean bedsheets, and inappropriate writings. On the bright side, the staff were very friendly, offering excellent service and even going the extra mile to accommodate requests. The dining options were average with limited choices and needed improvements.
